A passionate psychologist, speaker and author, Peta has held Managing Director, Executive Manager and Snr Vice President roles across Not For Profit, private and most recently, an ASX50 company. For the last 3 years she was responsible for high performance, culture and mental health for one of the world's premier gold mining companies. Peta holds undergraduate and Master's level qualifications in Psychology and is accredited in numerous personality profiles as well as being a Master Instructor in Mental Health First Aid.

Peta’s previous roles include the launch of a digital mental health platform (Biggest Mental Health Check-in) to help make psychological health more accessible, accurate and measurable to individuals and Corporates in more than 11 countries. She has a passion for utilising technology to outcomes, and was part of the first company to commercialise the use of autonomic biometrics in mental health. Currently she is a collaborator and co-creator of the global One Million Lives campaign - partnering with Jacobs internationally to change the way people think about mental health.

In 2017, Peta was named a Finalist in the Australian Telstra Women’s Business Awards - Entrepreneur category.

Peta is a sought after speaker, combining a unique insight into human behaviour after 25 years as a practicing Psychologist, with optimism, a sense of humour, and some powerful observations that apply to all of us. Her specialisation in the area of leaders and elite athletes centres around maximising the brain’s potential not only to stay well, but to generate our highest performance.



Her publication of ‘The Vibrant Workplace’(TM) Approach in New York was described by US Journal Editor Dr Judah Ronch as “a unique and profoundly overdue approach to resolving challenges”. She has diverse clinical and organisational experience and has lectured in both Executive Coaching and Psychology at Post Graduate and Masters levels.

Peta is currently consulting and practicing privately in addition to her work with a number of start-ups.
